On February 26, 2025, MIT Degree College, Mysore, transformed into a vibrant carnival as we welcomed our newest batch of students to Fresher’s Day 2025! With colourful streamers and the spirit of celebration in the air, the event truly embodied the Carnival Extravaganza theme, making it a day to remember.

From the very entrance, freshers were greeted by lively carnival décor and the enthusiastic cheers of their seniors. The event commenced with an inspiring address by our beloved principal, Dr. Manju B., setting the tone for a day of joy, camaraderie, and new beginnings.

The stage came alive with spectacular performances — from dazzling dance numbers to soulful musical acts, each performance added to the carnival magic. The crowd cheered as freshers took centre stage for the Mr. & Ms. Freshercontest, showcasing their confidence, wit, and unique talents.

The carnival vibe was brought to life with fun-filled games and activities. The energy soared as students indulged in the spirit of friendly competition, winning exciting prizes and creating unforgettable memories.

As the day progressed, the grand finale arrived — a high-energy DJ bash where students danced, celebrating the beginning of their college journey with unbridled enthusiasm.
