The Internal Faculty Development Program (IFDP) was inaugurated by the Secretary Dr. Vasudev.T , our honorable principal Dr. Manju.B and administrative officer Professor Aniruddha A. M on [14/06/24] at 10am in an innovative way.This inaugural session marked the beginning of a significant initiative aimed at enhancing the professional skills and teaching methodologies of our esteemed faculty members.
The Internal Faculty Development Program concluded with a grand valedictory function on June 22, 2024 at 12.15 p.m .The valedictory function was graced by the presence of the Chairman , Maharaja Educational Trust Dr. Murli.S, Secretary Dr. Vasudev T, Dr. Naresh Kumar B.G Principal Maharaja Institute of Technology Mysore and Dr. Manju.B respected principal of MITDC.
The event commenced with a welcome speech by Prof: J. Ashalatha who extended her warm welcome to every one present in the event. She also expressed a special thanks to the management and principal for organizing the meticulous planning and execution of the program.
Key moments of the function included: Certificate Distribution, Participant Reflections, Speech by Dr. Naresh Kumar B. G . Activity by Prof. Hemalatha B.N.The function ended with a vote of thanks by Prof. Reena Fatima . The ceremony concluded with the singing of the national anthem and left every one with a feeling of pride and accomplishment
